What can I compare in the catalog?

How long does an order take?

Are both preference and problem returns considered?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, an eligible new and unused preference return may be requested, as may a request involving damage, a defect, a wrong item, a missing component, or a material listing mismatch. Exchanges are accepted subject to approval and stock.
