Refund Policy

Thirty-day request period

A return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Eligible preference or mistaken-choice returns must be new, unused, and in original condition. We also review damage, defects, missing parts, incorrect goods, and items materially different from their listing. Rights protected by applicable law remain available.

Obtain approval first

Write to bekandecal@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and useful photos or video when an item has a problem. Keep the item and related packaging while the request is reviewed. Wait for approval and the accurate destination before mailing; the correspondence address is not automatically a returns facility.

Return label, exchanges, and fees

A free prepaid label is included in the package for an eligible mailed return. Ask for help if it is missing or lost, and use it only after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and available inventory.

Refund processing

Once approved, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
