Preparing your order

We begin work after payment authorization and usually need 1–2 business days to prepare the selected items. This preparation window is separate from the carrier's transit estimate.

Carrier transit

From the shipping date, delivery in transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and an estimate is not a promised arrival appointment. Checkout presents the destinations and delivery charges available for the order.

Tracking or delivery concerns

Please confirm the delivery address before submitting an order and allow time for the carrier's first scan. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-missing parcel, email bekandecal@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference so the shipment can be reviewed.
